As the founder of CEA Strategy. My career has been built on project planning, with much of it spent in the Information Technology sector, advising scientists and business professionals as they brought ambitious projects from concept to completion. Over the years, I have managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, kept pace with the constant demand for emerging technologies and evolving business processes, and led organizations through complex compliance transformations in highly regulated environments.

One lesson, above all, has shaped my approach. Time and again, I observed organizations with exceptional ideas and genuinely talented teams, often backed by considerable budgets, fall short of their goals. The shortfall was rarely a matter of vision. It was a matter of project discipline. Scope expanded beyond its bounds. Deadlines slipped. Resources were depleted. Compliance gaps emerged. And capable professionals were left burned out.
